Athletes Star at Sportcity.
DASH Athletics' young athletes
were the stars of the show at saturday's City of Manchester Competition.
Under 9 girl Laura Pegler won the overall trophy in her first ever
competition, with Jack Kiersey finishing 4th in the Under 9 boys
competition. Inb the speed bounce challenge event, DASH won 3 age
groups, with Josh Lister winning the Under 9's, Eleanor Finch winning
the Under 11 girls and Anthony Frost winning the Under 13 boys. There
were many other great performances , including a fine 600m from Rob
Finch to finish 2nd in his first ever race.
